Hallo,

Was sagt ihr, bringt ein Heatspreader was oder staut sich da nur die Hitze darunter ???

bringt schon was.. wennst wärmeleitpaste/pads verwendest natürlich nur.
wennst das machst, wird die oberfläche um einiges vergrössert und die hitze staut sich auch nicht.

nein bringt absolut NIX! sogar im gegenteil: heatpads liegen nicht gut auf den chips drauf... außerdem, wenn du einen lüfter vorm ram hast ist er ohne HS kühler als mit

Bei meinen Corsaren wird Wärmeleitpaste benutzt.

Kommt stark auf die Verwendung von Wärmeleitpaste oder -pads drauf an. --> Bei Pads: Spreader sinnlos, und dämmt eher dass es kühlt. --> Bei Paste: Spreader sinnvoll, da ja mehr Kühlfläche vorhanden.
