bestimmte Foren auswählen kann. Damit ich zB einstellen kann, dass ich die notification nur in Threads im SBT zB automatisch aktivieren will, in allen anderen Subforen aber nicht.

das schickt mir aber dann n mail sobald irgendwas in dem forum gepostet wird ich würd ja nur für die threads mails wollen in denen auch ich gepostet hab
