OK,

Also ich hab jetzt die Grafikkarte auf einen anderen PC ausprobiert. Am Netzteil gab es kein PCI-E Kabel, deshalb hab ich es ohne dem trotzdem probiert und dort lief alles einwandfrei..

Zuhause hab ich es dann auch ohne PCI-E Kabel versucht, was wieder nix gebracht hat.

Woran könnts jetzt liegen?

es kann theoretisch an allem liegen:
kaputter ram
kaputte cpu
kaputtes mabo
kurzschluss (z.b schräg sitzende karte)
defektes nt usw.

da hilf nur trial and error
d.h. pc komplett zerlegen und außerhalb des gehäuses nur mit cpu und natürlich nt starten. dann sollten beebcodes kommen (falls nötig speaker anschließen, ka ob das p5b einen onboard hat) dass der ram fehlt.
und so stück für stück zusammenbauen bis nichts mehr geht oder alles funkt.
