also ich hab nur noch eine alte GeForce 7900. Und macht jetzt hofft. Grafikfehler :-(

Daher ist es keine Option.

Welche Mainboard-Marke kann man derzeit empfehlen?

Ist egal, kommt auf's +/- Gleiche raus. Schau lieber, was für Features du haben willst und entscheide demnach.

Für den Sockel kann ich nicht viel sagen, aber verwende seit langem ASRock ohne Probleme!
